Our Commitment to Your Health and Safety
Your health and safety, as well as that of our staff, are of the utmost importance as we work together to find new vaccines and treatments for the novel coronavirus as well as other health challenges.
We are sanitizing our exam rooms, lab, and bathrooms between each patient, and frequently touched surfaces throughout the day.
We are including more time between each appointment to minimize the number of people in our facility at any one time.
Our staff will wear protective masks or shields, and we will ask you to do the same when you visit our site, except as required during exams.
When you come in for an appointment, we will always check your vitals, including your temperature. We are also checking staff temperature every morning, to prevent spread of the virus within our team.
When you arrive at our site, we will ask that you call us and wait in your vehicle until we have your exam room ready for you. We will call you back, invite you in, and escort you to your exam room right away.
We appreciate everything you, our volunteers, do to help bring important new treatments to the market and in turn, we want to keep you safe. We ask that you help us do this by following a few simple steps:
- Do not bring anyone into our site with you for your appointment. If someone does accompany you, please ask them
to wait outside for you to finish your appointment.
- Wear a mask when you come to our site.
- We will not be able provide drinks and food while you wait, and we encourage you to bring your own with you if you feel
you will need a snack or a beverage.
Thank you for doing your part to keep all of us healthy, and for contributing in a much bigger way to the health of your community.
